First Fund Drive: Saturday, April 9, 2011
A group of Highland Park Merchants got together and created Highland
Park Cares in order to express the heart and soul of our business
community. We are planning 4 charity driven events a year where we as
the merchants will donate 10% of all purchases made by participating
customers to that charity. To make it easy on customers, all they have to
do is enjoy the unique shopping experience Highland Park has to offer,
mention the charity and their part is done…voila a great donation will
be made!
We are excited about our first Charity Day, supporting K.I.D.S.S., with 18 participating merchants! We are relying on local posted signs, email blasts from the Charity and businesses as well as pr from our papers to spread the word on what we all hope is an amazing day of Giving!
